Nayomi Sanctuary  Resort Policies

  • Standard Check-in time is 2 PM; check-out time is 12 NN (For Villa Accommodation)

  • Check-in time is 3 PM; check-out time is 1 PM (For Glamping Accommodation)

  • For Walk-Ins, accommodation is subject to availability.

  • Pets are strictly not allowed.

  • Ocular visit is allowed but scheduled at least a day prior to visit. Nayomi Resort can accommodate a max of 3 persons for a 30-minute short tour between 9AM to 4PM.

  • NO Wi-Fi.

  • Free Parking spaces on a first come, first serve basis.

  • If there is an occurrence of unavoidable casualty, refund is not guaranteed.

  • In case of acts of God (disaster, calamity and the like), refund is not guaranteed.

  • All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • If any of the rules have been violated, the guest will be charged accordingly.

PAYMENT

  • 50% of the full amount is required as DOWN PAYMENT to reserve a room.

  • Kindly email nayomiresort@gmail.com the copy/photo of the deposit slip of 50% DOWN PAYMENT .

  • Down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • You can settle your payment via manual bank deposit or online fund transfer or major credit cards at the checkout page (powered by Paypal).

  • For Paypal payment, please be informed that there is a transaction fee on top of the total amount per transaction (charge is non-refundable and will be added to your full payment). Paypal will also automatically charge you 100% of the total amount.

  • PWD & Senior Citizen discounts are honored. ID bearers must be present upon check-in for verification purposes otherwise, discount is VOID.

  • Nayomi Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to submit prepayment, credit card authorization form, or bank deposit slip prior to the deadline.

  • Remaining Balance must be settled 7 days prior your arrival date.

  • Additional food orders and other requests shall be made payable upon check-out.

  • Additional charge per head is P1200.00 with FREE breakfast. (For Villa accommodation.) *VAT & Service charge exclusive.

  • Additional charge per head is P1000.00 with FREE breakfast. (For Glamping accommodation.) *VAT & Service charge exclusive.

  • Children below 7 years old are FREE of charge without breakfast.

  • Charge for early check-in and late check-out is P500.00 per hour/per room.

  • Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner upon check-in. If the card owner is not the one staying at the resort, the guest is required to present a letter of authorization signed by the card owner, clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner. Nayomi Resort reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with these requirements or may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.

ROOMS

  • NO SMOKING in all room accommodation. Penalty charge is P10,000.00 per room.*VAT exclusive. We have a designated smoking area near the Anahaw Restaurant.

  • Bringing of food is strictly prohibited.

  • Vanity kits (shampoo, conditioner and soap) are provided for 2 persons only. (For Villa accommodation only)

    • Additional kits are available for purchase at the Reception.

  • Damage to Resort Property: Nayomi Resort reserves the right to charge guests the cost of repairing damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the resort’s property or structure.

    • Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

FOOD & ANAHAW RESTAURANT

  • Bringing of outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed.

  • Ordered food and drinks can only be consumed at the Anahaw Restaurant.

    • Bringing of food inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.

  • Anahaw Restaurant is for dine-in only.

  • Anahaw Restaurant is open until 9PM only.

CANCELLATION POLICY (FOR FULLY PAID ONLY APPLIES)

Should the guest wishes to cancel the reservation under any reason or circumstance:

  • 50% of the full amount is FULLY REFUNDABLE 7 days prior to arrival date.

  • 80% of the full payment is NON-REFUNDABLE 1 day prior to arrival date.

  • 100% of the full payment is NON-REFUNDABLE on the arrival date.

 

Nayomi Resort will not be liable for any reasons of cancellation from the guest.
